Faux Fur Trend: Loving my Faux Fur Vest by Tinsley Road!

Faux fur is this seasons hottest trend as seen on our most stylish celebs like the Kardashians and the fashion queen herself-Rachel Zoe! The key is to have this be your main focal piece. I love the styling options you have with this piece- you can either go very glam and pair it up with a leather mini or leather leggings(very model-esque) or go casual easy wear with flare jeans and basics underneath(think Rachel Zoe)It would also look adorable with a bell sleeve top(see picture below). Wear it with a white button down shirt with either dark skinny jeans or black trouser. Or else even over a cute little black dress. Lastly, you could even try a black or white long sleeved tee with a black skirt, black tights, and black booties. The only problem with this trend is if you don't buy the right type of faux fur vest you can easily add some extra bulk that you don't have! My number one tip on shopping for one is go hip length. I prefer a hip length faux fur vest because I like the proportions and feel it is the easiest length for most women to pull off. My second tip is avoid anything to "shaggy" or bulky looking. Tip #3, I also like a fur vest over a top and bottom the same color for the sleekest look (for example, a beige/brown vest over a black top and black pants.
